STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases)
Crabs (Pediculosis pubis)
Crabs or pubic lice are the most contagious STD. Close contact with the pubic hair or skin infested with this bug (louse) leads to infection 90% of the time. This is not the same form of lice that is usually found in the hair on the heads of children. Intense itching and a crawling sensation is the symptom most commonly reported by both men and women. It is also commonly spread by infested towels, linen or under garments.
